Our Garlic infused Rapeseed Oil is bottled in our handsome Herbalist 500ml bottle, the perfect size for having close to your cooker. Garlic Rapeseed Oil has wonderfully strong aroma and taste of garlic and is great for making any dish really garlicky!
How is it best used?
Garlic infused Rapeseed Oil is fantastic for roasting vegetables or for frying at a high temperature.
Our Garlic Rapeseed Oil is also fantastic for making marinades and dressing with our range of locally produced fruit vinegars, such as our Tayberry Vinegar or fruity Raspberry Vinegar.
We have experimented with roasting and frying vegetables in a mix of a little rapeseed oil and a little fresh strong Extra Virgin Olive Oil such as our Villa Montalbano.
The combination not only improves the taste dramatically, but it will allow cooking without burning at a much higher temperature.
This is another fantastic addition to our range of oils and dressings for salads and for cooking with.

Our Garlic infused Rapeseed Oil is made for us by the Palmer family on their mixed family farm in the Yorkshire Wolds, near Malton.
