This beautiful infused spirit vodka is sure to thrill the vodka lovers amongst you. The distinctive taste of the flower of the Elder Tree has been used to make a really wonderful liqueur with a clever balance of sweetness along with the taste of Summer.

How is it best drunk?

The result is a fresh and exciting drink that is perfect for starting a weekend BBQ or wedding even, when taken simply over ice or by drinking it long with tonic. Elderflower Vodka Liqueur can be drunk short, either on its own or over ice, however it comes alive when mixed into a longer drink to create a simple Elderflower Vodka & Tonic, or our refreshing Summer cocktail, the Elderflower Vodka Cooler using soda or sparkling mineral water.

We are constantly experimenting with our cocktail shaker to see what we can create with this delightful drink. But if you have any good ideas, contact us and let us know how you got on?

How is this made?

It is made for us by a Somerset farming family, who have founded their fortune on the back of making some exceptionally good cheese known as Godminster. In 2006 they decided to have a go at making the odd liqueur and in the same vein as making cheese have found themselves to be rather good at it!
