What is is like to sniff and sip?
Good, aged Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky like this, from the Caol Ila distillery which sits on at the North end of the Island of Islay on Scotland's West Coast, are an increasingly rare find.
This cask strength example will please any Islay Malt fan with its traditional Islay Scotch Whisky taste of burnt peat smoke and grass. Despite its eyewatering strength of 60.4%, is it still delightfully smooth.
We have a number of unique whisky cocktails for you to try, such as our Scottish Rose Cocktail, which use our 6 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Anything else I should know?
We have stocked Caol Ila Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky since our opening day in Edinburgh in July 2004. We hope we can continue doing so.
This Mystic 500ml stacking bottle is shaped so that it can stack with other Mystic 500ml stacking bottles to make a striking tower of cubes.
