Purchase a Click & Refill Collection Token if you would like us to organise the collection of your empty Demijohn bottles from your home, prior to them being refilled and then returned to you.

Return delivery is free* of charge for any UK mainland Click & Refill order, regardless of the value of the refill order and as a result of our current refill offer, you will save 15% off* the cost of the refill. 

How Click & Refill works

Once a Click & Refill Collection Token has been purchased, we will make contact with you to discuss and organise collection of your empty Demijohn bottles from your property, normally within 1 to 2 working days. 

On receipt of your empty bottles, we would then process your refill order and return of the completed order to you as quickly as possible.

Collection of empty Demijohn glass bottles can normally be arranged within 2 to 3 working days. We would estimate the completion and return of a refill order to be within 7 to 10 working days from collection to final delivery.

Why use Click & Refill?

We would like to help you refill more of your empty Demijohn bottles so we have decided to trial a new refill service called Click & Refill, which forms part of our existing Mail Order Refill Service.

The idea of the service is to make it as easy as possible for you refill at home and save money, as well as being kind to the environment.

Refilling your empty Demijohn bottles makes huge sense financially as it saves you an average of £4 per refilled bottle at any moment.

In addition, if you refill prior to the end of February 2025 you will save a further 15% off the cost of the refill.

The more empty Demijohn bottles that are refilled on any particular order, the greater your saving will be in comparison with purchasing new glass bottles.

Preparing for a Click & Refill Collection

Please follow these 4 important tips to help you prepare prior to your agreed Click & Refill collection day:

• Wash you bottles and corks thoroughly prior to packing please. Leave empty bottles uncorked.
• Pack your bottles in a way to ensure your glass bottles cannot touch each other in transit.
• Include a contact telephone number, email address and return address so we can make contact with you.
• Include a brief note of what you would like your bottle(s) refilled with, along with any handwritten bottles messages.

*Additional Terms & Conditions for Click & Refill Service

1. The Click & Refill Service Trial can only currently be used by customers requiring a collection from and return to a UK mainland address.
2. The Click & Refill Service Trial will run initially until 28 Feb 2025.
3. Refill collections can be arranged for other addresses outside of the UK mainland, however, our normal shipping policy charges would apply.
4. Customers should closely follow our tips outlined in the paragraph "Preparing for a Click & Refill Collection". It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any bottles being returned to Demijohn Ltd are adequately packed so as to prevent damage in transit. No refund or compensation will be offered in the event of loss or damage to returned empty refill bottles prior to their safe receipt by us.
5. A Click & Refill Collection Token is only valid for use with our Mail Order Refill Service order and is non refundable once a collection has been agreed with a customer.
6. Our Save 15% Mail Order Refill Offer ends on 28 Feb 2025.
