Rhubarb MaKintosh
A twist on the traditional Whisky Mac Cocktail, this definitely has its roots in Glasgow. Glasgow's fame for its artists, such as Charles Rennie Mackintosh, heavy rain and eccentricity makes Rhubarb MaKintosh an appropriate choice of name for this inspiring cocktail!
The combination of ingredients sharpens the rhubarb flavours, from our Rhubarb Liqueur, and produces a dry drink with lemon overtones. Clever, with a few surprises up its sleeve...
Ingredients
- 2 measures Rhubarb Liqueur 20.6% or Rhubarb & Ginger Cordial
- 1 measure Ginger Wine 13.5%
- 1/2 measure Lemon Vinegar
Preparation
Shake and serve over plenty of ice in a tumbler (rocks) glass. Add a thin slice of root ginger to the edge of the glass.
