Personalised Handwritten Messages

A free handwritten message can be added to any Demijohn glass bottle to help personalise a gift and make it unique.

The short message could be a personal message such as "Happy Birthday Mum x" or the name of your house or business for example.

How to add a message online

To let us know you would like a handwritten message on a bottle within your online order, please simply detail what you would like written in the notes field on any product page.

If you would like a handwritten message added to a gift card within your order, please annotate your message in the notes field in your online basket, prior to checking out. To find the gift card notes field, locate your online basket in the top right of your screen and then scroll down to the bottom of your basket.

Please be aware that for gift sets with multiple bottles or hampers we will normally add your message to only one bottle within a gift set unless you instruct us otherwise. 

If your message requirements are very complex, then please contact us immediately after placing your order to provide more detail on your personal message requirements.

How to add a message in-store

If you are within one of our Stores, please simply ask a member of Staff to add the message for you. 

Points to note...

Your free handwritten message has to be able to fit on the side of the bottle you have selected, it can therefore only be a short message.

Please also be aware that both the handwritten product label and any personal message, if requested, are designed to be removable when your bottle is refilled using our Refill Service. As a result it may wear and rub off over time or when exposed to extreme damp and cold conditions.

Personalised Engraving

Did you know we offer a swept up engraving service in addition to offering our normal free message writing service on all our bottles? This can be used for creating personalised Corporate Gifts or unique presents for special moments in life.

The Service

All Demijohn glass and wood products can be further personalised by engraving them with your own artwork. We can even supply personalised wooden baggage labels for our hampers.

For example logos, family crests and text, such as website addresses or mottos can easily and quickly be engraved to make a permanent and striking addition to our diverse product range.

• What artwork is required? Artwork is normally accepted in .pdf format for ease of use.

• How is this best used? Our engraving service can be used to mark a special occasion, such as a wedding, anniversary or a significant birthday. Alternatively it can make a high impact statement of a Company's attention to detail if applied to a range of corporate gifts.

• Information & Prices Quoted prices are dependent on quality and style of artwork supplied and also quantity of items to be engraved. Prices start from as little as £30.00 ex VAT for up to 5 words on a single item of wood or glass. Discounts are available for larger orders.
