We believe that this drink will particularly appeal to Single Malt Whisky and spirit drinkers in general. We are still trying new and innovative ways of drinking this amazing drink, however, drunk over ice or long with soda and lemon is our current preferred mixes.
The process of crating this amazing drink is fairly simple. The process starts with British Gooseberries being infused in Single Malt Scotch Whisky, over time it creates our Gooseberry Whisky Liqueur. There is no added sugar just an amazing, totally unique flavour.
Our Gooseberry Whisky Liqueur is made for us in Moffat by the Bullard family. Gooseberries grow very well in Great Britain, surviving cold weather, floods and droughts. There are amazingly over 100 varieties!
