Any Port in a Storm Cocktail
If you are fan of the classic Bermudan rum cocktail a Dark & Stormy, or our own play on this fabulous drink a Dark and Staurmy Cocktail, then we have a phenomenal new variant for you to try with a fruity twist.
Called Any Port in a Storm, it is a marriage of convenience between our fruity Elderberry & Port Liqueur 17% and our 3 Year Old Cask Aged Dark Rum 54%.
Both drinks make enjoyable fine things to sip, the Elderberry & Port Liqueur as an alternative to Port, is delicious with cheese. Our 3 Year Old Cask Aged Dark Rum is a fine spirit than can be sipped over ice like a Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Ingredients
- 1 measure Elderberry & Port Liqueur 17%
- 2 measures 3 Year Old Cask Aged Dark Rum 54%
- 5 measures Summer House Ginger Beer
- Fresh lime
- Ice

Preparation
Half fill either a tumbler or highball glass with ice and add measures of 3 Year Old Cask Aged Dark Rum, Ginger Beer and a good squeeze of juice from a fresh lime. Muddle gently and then add the shot of Elderberry & Port Liqueur.
Sip slowly before dancing like a merry Bermudan safely in port during a wild tropical storm!
